Regent Select Hotel - Gaborone

I arrived at the hotel and was warmly greeted by some friendly staff members. the location was convenient and easily accessible. the room I was given had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with all necessary amenities. the breakfast options were a bit limited for non-meat eaters, but the staff made sure to accommodate my requests. the hotel also had a fancy coffee machine in the room, although there were no pods available.

The hotel seemed to have some issues with room maintenance, as I had to see multiple rooms before finding one that met my standards.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, the experience was truly delightful. the location of this place is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, with a warm welcome and friendly assistance throughout my stay.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and breakfast. The rooms were super clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The hotel itself boasted a range of excellent facilities, including a swimming pool and gym, which added to the overall experience. the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes and dietary requirements.

Spent Xmas there with a friend. The pool was nice and the bar had some good drinks. The rooms were spacious enough and the view was great.

The staff seemed overwhelmed, they didn't seem to know we were coming. We went through a number of rooms after we spotted various issues with the lights that weren't working, locks that weren't functioning - we even found the room safe locked.

The coffee machine in the room was pretty awesome, but unfortunately, there were no coffee pods in sight. Some of the staff members were really friendly and welcoming during our stay. the hotel had a good location close to some nice local attractions.

Where do I start? upon our arrival, the hotel staff didn't even seem to know that we had a reservation.
